How much is the delivery charge?
A delivery charge will be calculated using a flat postage rate based on the total amount of the purchase. Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier as appropriate.
Our charges are broken down into 3 brackets, as highlighted below:

Total purchase amounts to the value of £30 are sent via First Class mail, Recorded Signed For.
Total purchase amounts over £30 are sent via Special Delivery™ Next Day for guaranteed delivery of your valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day (UK).
Both of these services provide you with tracking and insurance cover.
If more than one product is ordered the combined total purchase amount will apply, so that you only pay one delivery charge. The shopping cart will automatically update the shipping cost according to the item(s) selected.

Overseas orders
If you’re having your order delivered to somewhere far away from us, such as North America, Europe or Oceania, we don't see why we should charge you more just because you live a long way from us.
For a secure delivery outside of the UK we have opted for Royal Mail International Signed For™, it'll be signed for when it's delivered. (Dependent on destination)
How long will it take?
We aim to deliver all items within 3-5 working days in the UK. Please expect a longer delivery period for items sent outside of the UK.
Important information about deliveries
For your protection ALL delivery methods require a signature at the destination. (Dependent on destination)
Please make sure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel. If you would like your parcel to be delivered to a work address, please enter it in the delivery address form when you place your order.
If goods aren't delivered first time, re-delivery is hassle free.
Order status and tracking
You can view your order status at any time by logging into your account. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, so that you know when to expect delivery.
If tracking data is available for your parcel, it will appear on your order information screen, which is accessed by logging into your account. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, and tracking data is usually available within 2 hours of dispatch.
My order is late, what should I do?
